The "Battle of Britain" F1 Sidecar Championship will have its own 'stand alone' 1 hour programme on Eurosport for all 8 rounds in 2010, which should confirm its place as the #1 Sidecar Championship in the World. Both Sunday races (Monday in the case of Bank Holidays) will be shown in full and podiums, grid shots, dancing girls and brolly dollies will also be included. Programmes are scheduled to be broadcast within 8 days of the actual event to keep things as current as possible.

The scope of our return to Motors TV and more has just been agreed. In 2010 every lap of every race will be covered from our Sunday timetable (Sat 17 April at Oulton). All coverage will appear on a new web portal, dedicated to bikesport in the UK, so you will be able to log-in online and see all races in their entirety! Each meeting will also feature four classes in an hour long highlights programme, "THE BIKE CLUB" on Motors TV. We've taken account of what riders said in the survey at the end of last season as to the relevance of coverage to them and cut the coverage accordingly between Club and MRO Classes.
So, we look forward to being able to watch you whenever we like now in 2010!
Entry forms for all meetings will be posted soon to all riders who've sent their membership forms into the office.

The 2009 season has seen many changes for Team Lumley and, by some stroke of luck, most have been for the better! We now have the permanent team line up of Richard Lumley (driver) and Paul Skinner (passenger) alongside Paul Lumley (driver) and Kat Renwick (passenger).
Both race machines were lovingly built by Paul Lumley and son, Richard and we are very pleased to announce that they performed admirably! Everything has been built from the ground up at our HQ, Lumley Engineering Ltd., even down to the custom fairings. No small feat but worth it in the end.
